Although generally favored by neighboring residents, the city's Planning Department requested we resubmit with a more dense site. We were able to accomplish pivoting from only a Single Family Home site, to one that also included Townhomes and apartments (in development) within three months.

The site's topography also tasked the team to prevent a landslide area and significantly reduced our buildable area available.
