Although generally favored by neighboring residents, the city's Planning Department requested we resubmit with a more dense site. We were able to accomplish pivoting from only a Single Family Home site, to one that also included Townhomes and apartments (in development) within three months.

Santa Cruz Community Health & Dientes Community Dental were instrumental clients with collaboration in design, with our proposal fully aligned with their needs.

In collaboration with our Interior Design team, there was a lot of excitement with designing the interior spaces for the healthcare clients. We believe we succeeded in making spaces that really brought in natural light, while providing value for the client and their patients.

The affordable housing complex in the back of the site proved to be challenging, given the constraints of space. We are able to create a campus that has a park feel and is welcome to residents who are happy to call this place home.
